Class Scheduling

We ask that you sign up in advance for classes. Classes are often created to help support clients who are working through injury or area of chronic challenge. It is important to know beforehand who will be in class so that areas of challenge and modifications can be planned accordingly.

Clients are expected to notify us, in writing, of changes to physical health or doctor’s limitations, twenty-four (24) hours prior to class start time, or as early as possible. During class, it is the client’s responsibility to restrict movement accordingly.

Minors may not attend class without written permission and may not attend class alone.

Scheduling must be completed online. While we may help facilitate a request, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to complete the task. In cases where we are completing the transaction on the client’s behalf, the task completion time occurs when the task is committed online and not at any point prior, even if agreement to facilitate the task occurred earlier.

Discussing class attendance via email, text message, phone or in person does not constitute a commitment to hold a space in a class.

Scheduling will be enabled for the following month, plus or minus about a week.

The studio has eight (8) stations with a complete set of equipment needed for class. We will not schedule more than one (1) client per station, nor will we allow multiple clients to share a station during class. If a class is full, nobody, including family members and close friends, will be allowed to share a station.

Clients may not trade or modify a scheduled class outside of our scheduling system. If a scheduled class cannot be attended, another client cannot attend in their place, even if both clients are part of the same account.

Class Cancelation

Cancelation must be completed online. While we may help facilitate a request, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to complete the task. In cases where we are completing the transaction on the client’s behalf, the task completion time occurs when the task is committed online and not at any point prior, even if agreement to facilitate the task occurred earlier.

Discussing cancelation via email, text message, phone or in person does not constitute a commitment to cancel a class.

Cancelations are allowed when completed more than twenty-four (24) hours before class start time.

Cancelations within twenty-four (24) hours of, but more than one (1) hour prior to, class start time, may incur a penalty. If, prior to cancelation, the account cancelation rate exceeds fifteen percent (15%), a class credit will be forfeited or a cancelation fee will be charged.

Cancelations within (1) hour prior of class start time may incur a penalty. If, prior to cancelation, the account cancelation rate exceeds ten percent (10%), a class credit will be forfeited or a cancelation fee will be charged.

Cancelation after class start time, including failure to show, may incur a penalty. If, prior to cancelation, the account cancelation rate exceeds five percent (5%), a class credit will be forfeited or a cancelation fee will be charged.

Classes may be canceled within fifteen (15) minutes of scheduling without penalty.

We understand that emergencies may impact the best of intentions to attend class. In these cases, we expect the client to do everything they can to remove themselves from class as quickly as possible. Please send an explanation, in writing, within twenty-four (24) hours, or as quickly as possible. At our sole discretion, we may waive penalties and/or fees.

Class Reservations

Subscription clients may request reservations for specific class times each week.

Clients will be placed in requested classes at the time the classes are enabled for scheduling, or at the time the reservation is entered online.

If the client decides to skip a reserved class, it is the client’s responsibility to cancel the class (per cancelation policy).

If a reservation is canceled, all scheduled classes at the reserved time will be canceled, too. The cancelation policy will apply.

Absences must be in week-long increments, and will extend the minimum time commitment of six (6) months accordingly. Planned absences may not exceed 50% of the minimum time commitment of the subscription.

After the minimum commitment is met, cancelation may occur at any time, in writing. Partial months will be prorated based on the long-term, average cost of classes in the subscription and the number of classes already allocated. Unused credits may be used until they expire.
